If you want to gain muscle alone or even gain muscle whilst losing fat, then I will be able to help you achieve this. In your own personalised workout plan you will receive exercises that are going to help you achieve your muscular growth. Exercise plans will be changed for you monthly to enhance muscle hypertrophy (damaging the muscle) in order to recover and grow.

In order to grow muscle quicker you must be in a calorie surplus, whilst in order to grow muscle whilst losing fat you must be eating the correct number of calories where you are able to put on muscle and lose unwanted fat at the same time. Diet is key, but I have many tricks and skills you can learn to achieve results quicker. A Plan focusing on this will include important steps such as eating the correct amount of protein, strength training at least 3 times per week, keeping cardio short & sweet, applying the correct amount of rest and most of all hard work & a smile! Your plan will allow you to grow muscle in any way you like! Lets Get It

If you’re signing up to achieve fat loss, then this plan will help you get rid of unwanted fat in all areas of your body. As well as getting help with your workouts in the home & gym, whilst giving you the correct nutrition in order to lose unwanted fat.
