Barbell shoulder raise
- Hold an EZ bar with a wide overhand grip.
- Bend forwards at the knees and hips, so the back is straight and row the bar towards your shoulders, bringing the elbows high.
- Do not swing and focus on the weight going up, squeezing at the top and then going down slowly.
- Repeat for desired reps.
