Strict 1 arm bicep curl
- Sit on a bench whilst leaning forward, having one dumbbell in your hand.
- With the hand with the dumbbell, rest the back of the tricep against your inner thigh.
- Rest the other hand on the opposite leg for balance.
- Keeping your elbow still, lift the weight to a full squeeze and then lower slowly to starting position.
- Repeat for desired reps.
